Sarra Ben Hamida

Sarra Ben Hamida recently obtained her Master’s degree of International Security from Sciences Po PSIA, with specialisations on Middle-Eastern Studies and Global Risks. Sarra has a dual bachelor degree in Political Science and Literature with Sciences Po and Université Panthéon Sorbonne. She worked as a journalist for the magazine Mouvement specialized in contemporary and performative arts, as a project coordinator for the Tunisian NGO TAMSS (Tunisian association for management and social stability) and as a project manager support intern with the Catholic Relief Services in Lebanon. Sarra is WeBuildEurope’s editor-in-chief, and she also does consulting work in the Middle-East with various international NGOs.

Sacha Bepoldin

Sacha Bepoldin is Business Development Officer at the PCMG, an international development company specializing in policy advising, capacity building, infrastructure development, maximizing investments, and corporate management. Sacha previously worked for the Caucasus Research and Resource Center (CRRC), the Friedrich Naumann Stiftung and Konrad Adenauer Stiftung. holds a Master’s degree in International Security from Sciences Po PSIA and a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies and Political Sciences from the French-German European Campus of Sciences Po. He also studied at the University of Helsinki.

Arnaud Borremans

Arnaud Borremans is a student at Sciences Po’s School of Public Administration. He has a Master’s in International Security from Science Po PSIA, and Master’s in Security and Defense (Public Law Studies) from University of Paris Pantheon Assas, a Master’s in International Affairs & Durable Development at the EHEI, and a formation in Leadership and Crisis Management from the French Army School of Saint-Cyr. He previously worked at the Center of Planning and Conducting of Operations under the French Ministry of Defense, and at the Foundation Prometheus in Paris.

Laurent Borzillo

Laurent Borzillo is a phD candidate at the University of Montreal, where he works on the Permanent Structured Cooperation of the EU. He has a Master of Military History from Sciences Po Aix and is an IHEDN and IRSEM prizes laureate. He previously worked at the Bundestag, the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and several French insitutions focusing on defence issues.

Christian Dargnat

Christian Dargnat acted as CEO of BNP Paribas Asset Management and as CIO of BNP Paribas Investment Partners from 2009 to 2016. He joined BNP Paribas Asset Management in 2006 as Chief Investment Officer and as a member of the Executive Committee. Christian was Chairman of BNP PAM Sgr in Italy and Chairman of CAMGestion. He oversighted the Portfolio Management activity of BNP Paribas Private Banking in France and Italy. From June 2013 to June 2015, he was elected President of European Fund & Asset Management Association (EFAMA) after being Vice President for 2 years. Christian was Chairman of the Board of CAMGestion and Chairman of BNP Paribas Investment Partners Italy. From September 2010 to June 2013, he was Chairman of the MEDEF committee “Currencies and International monetary system”. Since 2008, he has lectured  in France at the HEC business school, École Polytechnique and Sciences Po. Christian has been appointed in 2014 member of the French regulatory authorities (AMF) Advisory Commission dedicated to “Asset Management and Institutional Investors”. He is also member of the Paris Europlace Institutional Investors Committee. Christian Dargnat graduated with Master’s degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Paris Dauphine, Paris, France in 1988. He is fluent in English and Italian. Christian is on WeBuildEurope.eu’s supervisory board.

Morgane Fert-Malka

Morgane Fert-Malka holds a Master of International Security from Sciences Po Paris School of International Affairs (PSIA), specialising in Russian affairs and Intelligence. She completed her Bachelor of Political Science at Sciences Po Paris, studied at the Copenhagen Business School, and is an alumnus of the Institut des Hautes Etudes de Défense Nationale (IHEDN). She previously worked at the Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies, and at the leading Public Affairs company in Scandinavia, Rud Pedersen Public Affairs, advising Defence Industry on government procurement. She speaks French, English, German, Danish, Russian and Spanish and also has experience in freelance journalism. She is a contributor to Russia Direct and Russia Beyond the Headlines. Morgane conducted research about Islam in Russia and currently focuses on international relations in the Arctic, the post-Soviet space and electoral issues.

Robert Lackner

Robert Lackner is a postdoctoral researcher at the Austrian Center for Intelligence, Propaganda and Security Studies (ACIPSS) of the University of Graz. Before joining ACIPSS, he worked for UNODC, the European Commission and an international consulting firm in Vienna and studied History, German and English as well as American Studies at the University of Graz and at Sciences Po Paris. Robert has carried out several projects in the field of terrorism, resistance and exile studies as well as cultural history and has conducted research in Great Britain, Israel and the United States.

Ingo Mayr-Knoch

Ingo Mayr-Knoch is the founder and CEO of WeBuildEurope.eu. After doing his Bachelor in Business Management and Economics at Zeppelin University in Germany he founded the Start-up DeinBus.de, which was the first company in Germany to offer long distance intercity coach transportation breaking the monopoly of the Deutsche Bahn. After selling his shares of the company he studied International Security at Sciences Po PSIA specializing in Russia and the Post Soviet Space. Ingo speaks fluently Russian, French, Spanish, Italian, English and German. During his master at Sciences Po he has done an exchange semester at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow. He focuses on strategy, intelligence cooperation and post-Soviet space issues.

Jean Christopher Mittelstaedt

Jean Christopher Mittelstaedt is the co-founder of WeBuildEurope.eu. Jean Christophe graduated with a Bachelor of Laws in International Politics from Peking University, Beijing, China. After obtaining a Master in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action from Sciences Po Paris, he now pursues a DPhil in Politics at the University of Oxford, where he focuses on Chinese ideology, the legislative process, and Partybuilding. He is also the founder of OB|OR Austria Consulting, which specializes in political and risk analysis for companies that invest within China and along the Silk road in Central Asia and Eastern Europe. He is a contributing member of the European-Chinese Law Association and the Austrian-Chinese Business Association.
